When I was a youngster (back in the late 60s/early 70s) our favorite after meal treat was an ice cream cookie sandwich. Just take a cookie (home baked are best, but packaged will do); add a generous scoop of ice cream, top with another cookie...and...INSTANT HEAVEN!!!
