Welcome New Members: JoeVintage, Schwa, NerdNest, RetroVintageBazaar

JoeVintage has a unique collection of mid-century items that ranges from jewelry and books to home and office decor. They're speciality is portable typewriters dating from the 1930s to the 1980s. "We are passionate about all things Mid Century Modern and strive to bring you pristine pieces, all in excellent condition." JoeVintage opened shop in May of 2009.

Schwa offers vintage jewelry and handmade jewelry using vintage components as well as some vintage supplies. "The vintage jewelry at Schwa was almost always my grandmother's. Considering her taste, that's a good thing. All original pieces made with vintage materials are my creations." Carolynn opened Schwa in November of 2007 and is based out of Indianapolis, IN.

NerdNest offers up an eclectic mix of original vintage items and handmade journals and bookends using vintage materials including vinyl records. "We are two nerdy lovebirds nesting. Jake is a computer geek who dabbles in graphic design, web development, and photography. Megan is a book worm who fills up composition books and loves all things crafty." NerdNest opened in August of 2009 and is based out of Kansas City, MO.


RetroVintageBazaar offers a wide range of vintage items that span 150 years including; books, postcards, electronics, glassware and home decor. Andrea is a "lover of all things unique." "I enjoy going to flea markets, thrift shops, and yard sales. There is nothing like finding something at the bottom of an ugly pile of junk. Cleaning it up and finding a wonderful treasure!" RetroVintageBazaar opened in February 2010 and is based out of Debary, FL.
