Good Saturday Evening to All,
I hope you are all out having a lovely evening--dancing, dining, strolling with a loved one.
Tonight I'm completing our crazy week long outfit with this sparkly 70's tunic from Cats Eye Vintage. It is beautiful--does it go with our 50's earrings, crinoline skirt and beaded purse? If you're wild and colorful, sure!
What can I say, when I was a kid I was into purple socks and green tennies :-)
Cat's Eye Vintage's description: Catseye goes to San Francisco...And brings back this vintage 70s East Indian hand embroidered and painted tunic blouse. This is an unworn sample blouse as there are two pieces of sample fabric basted to the back neckline as shown in photo number five. Medium weight dark red cotton ~ like cotton sheeting ~ only a little stiffer but it may soften when washed.Gorgeous green and white hand painted (or stenciled?) pattern accented with multi-color sequins as shown. The center front is accented with a panel of tiny mirrors with turquoise and hot pink embroidered borders. The neckline is accented with 1-1/4" wide khaki color piping accented with green hand embroidery and multi-color sequins. The armholes are accented with matching 1/8" wide piping. (There is a lot more to this description at CatsEye. Check it out.)
And now I have a date with a bowl of popcorn and Sex and The City: The Movie. Not a night out, but nearly as good. ;-) Enjoy! dahlila.
