Small and sweet framed picture of a little boy and girl happily sharing a huge slice of watermelon. They are sitting near a watermelon crop as there are 2 watermelons close by complete with tendrils. Signed by artist Jean Henry who is known for her theorem paintings.
There is a very natural tone to the colors used by the artist – she has captured the feel of a simpler, more innocent time. Colors used are green, blue, red, black with a smudgy brown background.
