Vintage Franciscan Earthenware Tulip Time Cups and Saucers, 1963. I have four cups and four saucers for sale together. The cups are off white, encircled by a band of turquoise tulips and green leaves. The saucers are coupe, also off white with a turquoise rim. No chips, cracks or stains. They are pre-owned in very good condition. Look to be seldom used.
